My classes are generally small to provide one to one guidance. With slow beats in the background to help focus the mind, my style is relaxed and centred on you. I love seeing people smile during my class - for me that is the true union between the body and mind.
I primarily teach Vinyasa flow levels 1 & 2, which includes pranayama exercise to balance the mind and energy in the body. I also teach a gentle Vinyasa flow class to encourage all abilities to join in and enjoy the benefits of yoga.

About my teacher training
Rishikesh was spiritually and mentally fulfilling. The 28 day Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) taught me about alignment and the philosophy of yoga. The postures or asanas are just one element of yoga and creating a union between the mind, body and your atma (soul) is the true meaning of yoga.
My classes are therefore focused on alignment to help you feel the full benefit of the asana. The classes also help to centre the mind, slow down the internal chatter and help you enjoy the present.
